Welcome to ScorePlay! This guide will help you get started with voting on matches and earning ScorePoints.

What is ScorePlay?

ScorePlay is a global football knowledge competition where players vote on match outcomes and earn points based on accuracy and consistency.

Participation is free and available worldwide. You can vote on matches, earn ScorePoints, and compete on leaderboards without any money or cryptocurrency required.

In some regions, players may optionally add USDC to amplify rewards, but this is entirely optional and does not affect the core competition.

Step 1: Log In

Before you can vote, you need to log in:

1. Click the "LOG IN" button in the top right corner
2. Choose your login method:
   • Google - Sign in with your Google account
   • Wallet - Connect with MetaMask, WalletConnect, or another Web3 wallet
3. Complete the authentication process

Once logged in, you can start voting on matches.

Step 2: Start Voting

1. Visit /compete to see upcoming matches
2. Browse matches or use filters to find one you want to vote on
3. Click on a match to view details
4. Select your outcome (Team A, Draw, or Team B)
5. Submit your vote
6. Earn ScorePoints when your vote is correct

Step 3: Track Your Performance

Visit your Dashboard to see:

• All your votes and their outcomes
• Your accuracy rate
• ScorePoints earned
• Leaderboard position

Step 4: Compete on Leaderboards

Check the Leaderboard to see:

• Your current ranking
• Top performers
• Prize pools
• Daily raffle opportunities

Game Modes

ScorePlay has two game modes:

Free Mode

• Available to everyone worldwide (except sanctioned countries)
• Vote on matches without any money or cryptocurrency
• Earn ScorePoints from correct votes
• Compete on leaderboards

USDC Mode

• Only available in some countries
• Requires wallet connection and USDC
• Vote on matches with USDC
• Earn ScorePoints from correct votes (same calculation as Free Mode)
• Compete on leaderboards

Both modes use the same game mechanics and ScorePoints system. The main difference is whether you participate with USDC or not, depending on what's available in your region.

• Focus on accuracy - Correct votes earn ScorePoints
• Be consistent - Regular accurate voting builds SP over time
• Research matches - Knowledge improves accuracy
• Track your performance - Monitor your accuracy rate
